Australian-Garden-Show

The Australian Garden Show Sydney is a stylish and unique new event celebrating Australia’s love of gardens and outdoor spaces. Set within Sydney’s magnificent Centennial Park, over 4 huge days from Thursday 5 – Sunday 8 September 2013, the show will be Sydney’s biggest outdoor gardening and lifestyle event.

Good Food Month Progressive Dinner

Feast on a 4-course progressive dinner held in Potts Point’s most famous edible gardens.

DINNER DATE: Saturday October 12th 2013 – 5.30pm to 11pm

We’ll begin with champagne and canapes at the harbour-side apartment of broadcaster and gardening/cookbook author Indira Naidoo. You’ll get an exclusive peek at her balcony garden and a copy of her best-selling book The Edible Balcony.

The next course will be served a short stroll away on the famous rooftop vegetable garden of The Wayside Chapel. Entrees will utilise honey from the Wayside’s own rooftop beehive.

We’ll finish the evening just down the road at the kitchen garden of cafe DOV where you’ll enjoy main-course of an Italian styled spring lamb banquet and dessert tasting plates.

All dishes will be matched with local New South Wales wines.

Proceeds from the evening will be donated to the Wayside Chapel.
